LOG WALL ONLY PACKAGE: Includes kiln dried logs, pre-cut, pre-drilled and pre-notched log wall system (@ 8 feet high), foam sealer, thru bolts, and associated hardware. Pricing will be based on standard plans as shown in the Lodge Logs plan book. Any design changes will require re-pricing. Please specify wood species, log profile, and log diameter when requesting pricing information.

LOG SHELL PACKAGE: Includes Log Wall Only Package plus full log gable ends, second floor log joists, log roof members, vertical log support posts, dormer face logs, and half log siding at dormer sides. Roof snow loads are estimated at 60 lbs. per square foot. When roof loads require greater than 60 lbs. per square foot, please advise when requesting pricing information. pricing will be based on standard plans as shown in the Lodge Logs plan book. Any design changes will require re-pricing. Please specify log species, lof profile, and log diameter when requesting pricing information. ( Note: Log floor joists and log roof system will require on-site notching and angle cuts.)

TRUE HALF-LOG SIDING: Inlcudes half-log siding for the exterior face of the outside walls to an eight foot wall height, and true-log corner sections for all exterior stockade corners. Half-log siding is one half the full log diameter in thickness. Additional log siding can be purchased for gable ends, interior walls or garages. Package does not include any hardware or fasteners. Pricing will be based on the standard plans as shown in the Lodge logs plan book. Any design changes will require re-pricing. Available wood species are: Lodgepole Pine, Ponderosa Pine, Englemann Spruce

Available log profiles: Full Round or "D" Log

Available log diameters: 7",8"9",10", and 12"
